Spanish Federation organizes Volleyball Summer Camp in Guadalajara

The Royal Spanish Volleyball Federation is very proud to announce that a Volleyball Summer Camp will be held in Guadalajara and run there through July 11-18. This summer camp stands out as part of the training and high performance programs being currently developed by the Royal Spanish Volleyball Federation and aims to provide the local young talents with the opportunity to work on their technical fundamental skills, to develop proper mechanics and gain game play experience.
The participants will also have the chance to attend the matches of the 2010 European League final four, interacting with the Spanish players and technical staff. The enrollment is limited to a total of 70 players, boys and girls born in 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997.
During the summer camp a physical valuation will take place to gather anthropometric data as well as a technical-tactical evaluation of the participants. The young boys and girls will get acquainted with the technical gestures of serve, set, spike, block, defense and also with their tactical implications. But, most of all, they will enjoy playing Volleyball and share their experience with other young Volleyball players.
The camp will be conducted by professional coaches with proved experience in training young athletes; players and the first coach of the Spanish national team will be there as well to serve as lecturers.
